Great Staff!

One of the most important parts of a great camp is having a great staff.  Dan and I have been busy speaking to last summer’s staff and many of them have expressed interest in returning.  What are some of the qualities that make up a great BSDC staff member?  Someone who is energetic, caring, trust-worthy, friendly, and hard working.  We are really excited about putting together a great team for the 2014 season!
